SOME THINGS I DID
I learned the importance of managing UX and technical debt by navigating 4 mayor product pivots.
I worked closely with the lead engineer to build an OpenAPI Specification in parallel with the product design.
I owned the end-to-end product experiences across the consumer and business products.
The solution included designing a QR code-based payment system for restaurants, allowing patrons to digitally navigate typical scenarios such as selecting and customising menu items, viewing their table’s orders, splitting bills, and making quick payments. The solution was strategically geared to boost upselling.
The product pivoted to a 24h home delivery service for essential goods using micro-fulfilment centres. I designed a product delivery management and tracking for consumers and merchants.
I built and iterated the dashboard for merchants, which included an in-restaurant tablet for order management and point-of-sale integration, a stock management system for desktop and mobile, and an analytics dashboard for in-depth insights into customer behavior.
