  • As the sole designer, I ran the end-to-end ideation and design of a fully fledged platform to set-up and manage access-networks and technologies for over 351 properties and more than 250 000 end users 🚀.

  • I designed an innovate B2B2C WYSIWYG-style Portal Builder that enables WISPs to build and deploy beautiful custom Wi-Fi captive portal pages for their clients, within minutes (really).

  • I designed sophisticated reporting features that enable automated billing reports based on bandwidth usage across organisations, integrations with popular property management systems and accounting software, and customisable metrics for in-depth insights or broader trend recognition.

  • 👤 I conducted moderated usability tests and user interviews to maintain a human-centred approach in designing a complex, technical and data heavy interface.
